This place was super spacious with a comfy sofa, clean bathrooms, and a washer/dryer combo. We enjoyed our stay while visiting family. Parking was a breeze with an easy-to-use gate. Totally felt at home here!

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious penthouse apartment--lots of natural light coming through those tall windows. The kitchen was fully equipped making it easy for us to whip up breakfast before heading out for the day.

i had a fantastic stay at sosuite at independence lofts, callowhill! the staff was super friendly, and the loft was perfectly located close to all the major attractions. our apartment with balcony was clean, spacious, and fit the six of us comfortably. i really appreciated how easy it was to explore the area!

The penthouse apartment was spacious with tall ceilings and tons of natural light from the big windows. It was really comfy with nice furnishings, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The in-room washer/dryer was a cool surprise. Only bummer was the lack of extra seating in the living area, but that was manageable.

We had a fab time in our upgraded Two-Bedroom Apartment, which was clean, quiet, and had a great kitchen to cook in. Loved chilling in the cozy lounge area and utilizing the on-site washer/dryer when needed. Just wish the initial room had been better, but everything else made our stay awesome. 😊

The suite offered great space with very clean rooms. Location was perfect for nearby food spots and shopping. Staff was responsive and helpful before and during my stay. The kitchenette had all necessary utensils. Overall a solid value for the price! 😊

Linens for the advertised sleep sofa were not provided, which was frustrating, especially since it wasn't a proper pull-out couch. The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, exacerbated by police activity and recent violence. The couch in the living room was stained and uninviting, while the hallways were noticeably dirty. Flickering lights, water stains in the bathroom, and thin walls that allowed noise from neighbors added to a less than comfortable experience. Even mundane requests like a bin liner or maintenance issues took excessive effort to resolve, with management needing access to the apartment frequently during our stay.
